Yep, I have a little bottle of the window cleaner and it works a treat although I have heard it said that Autoglym window polish or even the super resin polish are just as good.
As for the roof cleaner, I can't comment. I have tried a couple of times to get the rear section on mine to match the panels (which spend the vast majority of their time in the boot and as such haven't faded) but I used water and a big shoe brush to clean the fabric before using the dye - black in my case.
Then I have had a go with a couple of waterproofers. Firstly the Renovo one which went on OK but soon allowed the fabric to get waterlogged meaning an early bath with wet carpets and leaks galore at SCH4 this year. Since then I have bought a big can of Fabsil from Millets and used this on the roof. In the watering can test it seems to have faired well and has the added bonus of further darkening the fabric of the rear section, brining it closer to the colour of the panels. Its yet to receive a full on 6 hour deluge though - time will tell.......

For the price, i've had better results with the fabsil. The dye wasnt spectacular and looked like the old trainer whitening stuff you used to get for your dunlop green flash!
I agree the window polish is quite good, but for the price of the kit you'd be better poping to halfrauds for auto glym stuff and some fabsil.

Try the Mothers plastic polish.
I've found it much easier to use than Renovo, and gives a much better result.
It's also a fair bit cheaper than the Renovo, which only does a few applications. The Mothers is an 8oz bottle for £8.79. Bargain!
