I am looking for the little chrome baguettes that are on the bumpers... Mine are fading/cracking and don't look their best.
Where can I source them? how much?

I also need 2 eyeball vents to replace the broken ones on my dashboard... any ideas?

Chrome baguettes? Are you sure they aren't french sticks or even italian paninis?

If you mean the chrome stips, then I would suggest you look at the chrome trim tapes you can buy in a roll - not the flat tape but moulded plastic with a chrome face - I am sure that is all the originals are. Just get the right width.

Eyeball vents - I would visit a few scrapyards and look at Mk 1 Escorts, cortinas, 70s and 80s Fords - it's one of them!
