After reading all the posts and comments on this site and after seeing a couple of S's over the last month I have set off on the road to ownership.

So today

Ripped out all plants and damned bushes and levelled off front garden

Next - dig up lawn

Next - three tons of hard core dumped on flat land

Next - knock wall down and errect posts to hang gates from

Next - buy gates and attach

Next - Tarmac whole area after hiring a compactor

Next - Borrow lots of money from somewhere

Next - Phone Rob ask him to find me a car

Two weeks later - Rob phones to announce big day (oh the thought !!!!)

Next - Insure car - which will now live on new drive, not road (much cheaper and hopefully safer)

Collect car and wah hey

What do you think good plan or what ?

P.S. My god bushes take some digging out - serious root balls and blisters.

Now how many other cars would you go to this trouble for ? I can vouch that the joy's of owning an 'S' Series will far out weigh this inital hurdle. Maybe I should take up motivational seminars and talk about the TVR effect

Jeez, that's a lot of work, mate.

How far down the line are you? If you need a hand, give me a call

Notice I offer this after you've dug up the bushes
