Avo adjustables

Once I get the engine mounting and new exhausts on (hopefully saturday,I intend to fit the adjustable Avo's I have bought,these arrived with the springs totally uncompressed .
Anyone got any tips for the starting point for the compressed spring ie distance from bottom bolt centre line to the underneath of bottom spring locater.
If anyone has them on and could give me a dimension it would be a lot easier to do this off the car than me having to wind it to that point by trial and error,especially as with the weight of the car on I would have to turn the bottom spring locater with a C Spanner.
I dont need an answer straight away but if somoene could supply a distance before Sunday AM I would really appreciate it.

I don't know what dampers and springs you're getting, but you can work all those dimensions out if you know the spring rate. Do you know? It will probably be marked on the springs if they're new.

I beleive they are 350LBS

Fitted and set up,may just need a bit of fiddling.
These have transformed the handling of the car unbelievably,I thought it was good (if Soft) before but at speed its a completely different car.I was putting the roll down to wind buffeting put its gone completely, so has the slight tendency to weave under very hard braking.
Just hope the rear Konis go soon then I can justify getting them for the rear as well. No sod it, I'm getting them anyway.
