Anyone upgraded to HID headlights?

Hi guy's,

Whilst nosing around other forums on PH I noticed this link for HID upgrades.

Anyone fitted HID's to there S?, or does anyone think they're a good idea?

I think that you would have to do some serious rewiring of the front feeds and earths to get the HID ballasts to work properly - probably relay-switched direct battery feeds.

By the time you've done that, you'll probably find your lights are a zillion times brighter anyway!

I did an ordinary bulb upgrade and the lights were much better.
