Discussion
LeeBee's alloy switches (Fan, Dash Illumination/Fog Lights) have arrived, and VERY nice they are too.
Installed them tonight and took a few pictures, available at my site link below

hehe, not quite, I don't want to go too far, the gauge bezels, handbrake lever, gear knob and the door strips. I already have the Griff struts on the roof panel, so that'll be all I want to do, anymore I think it might get a bit too much. Just my personal opinion

Looking good!
I also enjoyed going through the series of photos on the dash recovering - I got a bit pensive when just removing my steering column, so I found the photo of the missing dash somewhat heartstopping!
I was looking forward to seeing the main dash recovering in progress, but you seemed to skip from "ready to go" to "all done" - I guess you were a bit too busy to take pics during the actual recovering. The end result is very smart though!
I take it that you have some sort of background in leather working - a daunting job to take on otherwise!

No, no background, although when I was at school we entered BP Build A Car competion, and won it !!, that did include making the interior, but i was only a kid.
And I can tell you, when i removed the dash and looked back in the car I thought 'OH MY GOD !!!'
And as for the lack of photos in between, I started it late one night, on my own, and was finding it difficult enough, so decided the stopping every couple of minutes for a photo was not gonna work, plus it looked like crap part way through
BTW sorry about the photos, the quality is a bit poo, as my good Digital camera batteries are not holding charge, so had to use my cheapo Kodak
