Hi all,just thought I'd post some pictures of my V8S. Done loads of work on it since i bought it last july. It's now ready for the road again after this winters efforts,hope you approve.

It looks as if you have painted the alternator - mind if I ask what with? You must be itching to polish those rocker covers too now!

Nice work bigroy. Makes me feel bad about not polishng mine for so long.

I just need to do the rocker covers then the whole car is tidy,have recovered seats,fitted new hood,mirror polished the wheels and scaped and painted the whole car underneath.I hope theres not too much else to do. Regards Roy

Can I ask where you got your new mesh from? My S2 has some messy overspray at the front and on the bonnet scoop from before I bought it. I always thought the S series would look nice with some shiny grilles.

What did you do the dash with, it looks great. I have to do mine in the next month or so and I think it might have to be similar to yours.

the mesh is the original mesh fitted from new,just sat and painstakingly painted it by hand,all vaneers were missing when i bought the car,so i hand polished the door strips to mirror finish and my wife did the new carbon fibre vaneers for the dash and centre console switch panel.i then fitted new hand brake cover(alloy)and gear knob,replacing the halfords special that was fitted at purchase. i then re covered the seats(full leather)and changed the centre panels to prussian blue and got rid of the awful rauched worn tvr leather.i also had the seats re embroided with tvr logo and a prussian blue gear stick gaiter to contrast the centre console.then added alloy door locking pins and custom tvr mats,had a grey leather (padded) tvr logo inlaid into carpet between the new rear speakers,
