Torque settings

Can anybody give me the torque settings for the bolts that attach the front dampers on an S3C?

A while ago I found a list on this forum that says:

All damper bolts: 55-60 ft lbs, 75-81Nm.

It looks to me that these values can't be too far off.

It doesn't matter, pinched up is fine they don't need to be tight, in fact tightening them up too far only serves to knacker the bushes sooner.

Edited to add: wishbone bolts however do need to be torqued up, but only once the car has the weight on the wheels.
