door pins

still got dropping doors can any one tell me where i can buy new door pins complete with the brass nut which is glassed into the sill prefered in stainless cheers andy

I purchased the brass nuts and plastic bushes from TVR car parts, and then got a local firm to make stainless hinges. From memory, the bits from TVR car parts were a couple of quid each, got the hinges made for £10 each.

Go on then, how is this done? I've been approached by an S owner to improve matters but I haven't worked out how the doors come off...

Thanks for that! I can see I'll need to get HandsLikeAPaedophile(tm), available from B&Q and Machine Mart...
By the amount of movement on this car, I suspect the bottom captive nut is no longer a prisoner.
