Finding yourself in the local Tyre/Battery depot replacing a dead battery on the S2, only to find the chap standing next to you doing exactly the same (except his was Red, not the faster Dark Blue)?

Happened to me on Saturday and we had a few minutes comparing notes on our P&Js. One of the rare times I have had a distress purchase and come out smiling............

Pretty unlikely I would have thought... there will be more tyre depots than S's thats for sure...

Does anyone have any figures for how many are still registered (I almost put running and on the road, when I remembered that excludes mine at the moment) and in existence... 2800 approximate produced but how many are left ?
and how many are in the UK (sorry Olav)
