V8s Gearbox and Differential Oil Advice

The interim service is coming up and I want to top up the gearbox and diff.
The handbook states S.S.80 for the gearbox and API GL5 Hypoid SAE90 for the diff. I've checked the receipt for the last service the previous owner had and the following oils were used; Castrol TQF and Mobile SHC 80W-140, the invoice states the number of units of each used but not volumes.
I assume the TQF would have been used in the gearbox and as it was a 12,000 mile service it is likely the gearbox was drained and oil replaced, is this likely to be the case with the diff?
Have I made the right assumption regarding which oil would have been used in which unit or is there somewhere else that the SHC 80W-140 is used?
I assume that when topping up the gearbox and diff I should use the same oils as at the last service?
