Err, on the S.

Been tightening everything that looks like it should be tightened. The four door screws that go through the metal 'collar' to hold the door on - what's supposed to hold them in? Self tapping or should they screw in to something inside the door? One of mine just turns and turns? The others all appear to be different (typical ), so don't know what they are supposed to be.

Do you mean the aluminium plate thats only visible when you open the door ?
My screws turn and turn, I think they were originally self tappers but the holes have enlarged.
I think this is whats known as a TVR feature.
