sorry should have made the comment clearer, the cheese and onion colour scheme is indeed a matter of opinion,it was the hard top though which caught my eye, I think it makes the S look even better than it does already.
The owner told me the roof was modified from an old tuscan lid (apparently the place he got it from has loads of spares (approx £180)). The front looked a straight fit into the lugs while the rear required some butchering and a bit of glassing too to get to fit (the one in the pic was a bit rough and ready - presumably for competition only. The rear window was perspex too and the whole thing wasn't just going to be a quick fit.


Anyway looks good, I'm tempted to buy one and have a go for a bit of a project

I've always wanted a hard-top for mine.

It'd be interesting to see how the windows fit when they're up. That hole looks the wrong shape to me.
