LHD conversion and slight alteration. What do you think?

Hello All,
Bussy working on the dashboard. After a visit to their factory I'm "Wiesmann-inspired" and figured a little alteration of the small gauge setup would be nice. I'm letting the gauges tilt better and bulge out more. Not sure how it will eventually look. What do you say...
(The metal thing in the picture, screwed on, is a mold for the polyester. I make them from lead, works great!)

Hello All,
Sorry I didn't read the reply earlier. My description was a bit short, I appologise.
Yes, I hope this get's rid of the reflection in the windscreen. I read about that. This was the reason for the alteration combined with my oppinion that the dash could do with a little spicing-up without loosing too much of the original charm.
The molds are all made "by eye". I Sandwiched a sheet of lead between two planks with a hole the size of the hole in the dash. Tap a round object a little bigger than the gauge into the lead making one half-moon dent. Turn the whole gear over en tap in the other half moon.
How deep ect. Is by eye, keeping in mind that the gauges should point at your face. Give or take.. The holes in the shell are measured very carefully though.
I do have my doubts though..I have no idea what the endresult wil be like.
-It could simply look stupid and be another failed attempt to make it look like a supercar..
-Could be trouble with the glue. If that starts to give way around the bulges It will look funny..bubbles running all over the dash (I already drilled a lot of holes in the shell around the bulges for stitching if this happens)
But I think It'll work out.
Today I finisched the bare LHD conversion of the dash. Everything is put in place. Left to do is the finishing touch to the shell and I can put the upholstering on it.
