Cream Tea Run 23/09/07

Anyone in the NE doing this ? sounds quite good...

meeting at (or before ?) Scotch Corner at 10 - 10.30am for a drive to a lunch stop, then a further drive with stops back for the Cream Tea at 3.30pm. Afternoon tea with sandwiches is £8.50 per head, and as one of the directors of the place is a Sagaris owner, he's very kindly providing us with a private function room for free. http://www.headlamhall.co.uk/home.htm

I am up for this one Kev - went last year, it was my first run out with the club and really enjoyed it - you going to the meet on Sunday ?? I have already been in touch with Geoff, via his agent of course, he says he is trying to make it providing the mornings photo shoot fineshes on time

Hi Kevin, sorry for the tardy response to your thread - I had something else in the diary for the 23rd but I've managed to wriggle out of that now. Count me in for the run!

Would have loved to come along now car is properly back on the road.
Unfortunately there's something planned for that weekend that I can't wriggle out of (unlike Geoff).

OK Geoff and Graham I have booked my seats for the Cream Tea with Paul via email, I think he's looking for final numbers before next monday... sorry about sunday, bloody woodburning stove just didnt want me to get out to play...

Great you are back on the road now Tim and yes we will have to meet up soon. I will be back home on thurs eve so if you fancy a half at Carts Bog or wherever after that let me know.
