Great to be back on the road again!

At long last I'm back on the road again following chassis and fuel problems.
What a great feeling!
It may be tatty with high mileage but, hey, it's mine, it's paid for and it's so much fun!
Even the weather has turned out for it allowing for some good top off jaunts (including night time trips which I love).

Nice one Tim! Sorry to hear you can't make it on the next run, but glad to hear you're back on the road. If you're in the TVRCC, keep an eye on this page for upcoming events. Also, make sure Paul has your email address and he'll add you to his distribution list. He is very good at sending regular updates and reminders for club events.

I love driving at night with the roof off too, but I'm less keen with the S. I think the problem is that you sit so damn low that everyone else dazzles you with their xenon headlights these days. I've also found that it's best to keep the windscreen immaculately clean at night - otherwise I seem to get distracted by dead flies and other debris causing weird reflections.

Another for night time roof-down motoring. Had THE best trip home last Thursday night- started along the M4 with roof down, stars above, stereo UP and singing at the top of my voice.

Picked up a random bloke in a Ferrari 348 (?) and had an entertaining convey almost all the way home.

Hey Tim it sounded good when you past our place a week or so ago... as I said on the other thread, we'll have to meet up for a half at Carts Bog or somewhere and have a drive out... not sure about night driving though...
