where can you get
Discussion
David Gerald TVR will do them for £350 plus £200 for fitting, although you can save that if you want to have a go yourself. Even better, they can start work on a 'spare' dash so you can turn up when it is ready to have it fitted.
There appear to be other places you can get them too (don't have details with me I'm afraid).

How much?!
Are we talking about the long thin wood look trim bits?
If we are they unbolt from the back and are made from extruded aluminium and are painted to look like wood (if you're blind and have only had wood described to you by a mute goat
).
Take them off the doors, sand them right back until smooth, apply some suitable aluminium undercoat spray paint and then some suitable top coat. I did mine with a can of undercoat and a can of merc black (to match the rest of the trim) and imo they looked fine. I could have done with rubbing down between coats and maybe using 2 cans but you live and learn. Total cost was about a tenner.
If we're talking about some other piece of trim then I'll get me coat

mark

Alterantivly, if you flick off all the loose "wood effect" with you fingernail or something similar, then use a nylon type pan scourer to get the stubborn bits off (watch out for the leather), then apply some metal polish. Took me about one hour per side.
