Dripping water pump on my "S1"

Hi all, just doing a bit of cleaning around the engine area and noticed a small drip of water coming from under the water pump shaft. Doz this mean it is U/S or can it be repaired with new seals ?

If your car is an S1 make sure you get the 2.8 waterpump not the 2.9 (assuming you have a 2.8).

I think this is the right one.
