Where were you all yesterday........not at street wars

Hi folks

Sunday Street Wars took place yesterday near Honiton, Drag Strip on 1/8 mile and about 300 petrolheads in everything from a Diablo to a Ferrari to a renault clio.

Only 2 S series cars on site, me and V8S. 6 TVR's from the Devon TVRCC went up and it was a blast, great weather too

Maybe some of you will make it to the next one on April 13th 2008

Great to meet you, mate, and the rest of the Devon PHers.

Bloody good fun, especially as I managed to get a second run after all in the very last run of the day. Thought I was going to be blown into the weeds by a (possibly) modified MR2 but, whatever happened, he went backwards. We exchanged on the back stretch which was nice.

Going to edit the video tonight and post it up.

Oh and if there's any women on here who are thinking of going to the next one, I'm not afraid to say that my g/f beat my best time! So get out and show the blokes how it's done.

Jeez, I've beeen going to Honiton at least 3 times a year since I was born and I never even knew that place existed Although I did go fishing over that way when I was down there last week. What does that make me ? (don't answer that).

Will have to keep an eye on that website

any ideas who was the guy with the silver chim 500 who i was up against on my last run....he was damn quick!!!
