Temp Gauge Sender Part Number ??

Hi All,
Anyone know the correct part number for the temprature gauge sender ???

For a little while now my gauge has been dropping to zero when I accelertae hard and returning to normal when I lift off the throttle - I bought one which was advertised for the 2.9 Cologne but even though it has proved to me that it is the sensor at fault as it doesn't drop when I rev, it is giving stupid readings and is obviously not the right one for the TVR gauge as it shoots the gauge into the red after just a minute of idling and I know my system is good as it has had a full overhaul and the fan kicks in and out exactly when it should normally.

Just tried the one listed ar motor factors for the Sierra / Granada 2.9 and its not that one either

I dont understand why a faulty sender would be affected by accelerating and lifting off, it sounds like a faulty connection somewhere to me.

Hi Ken,
I would agree however I have done a continuity test (I was a sparky in a previous life) and all is fine and since I have fitted the new sensors the dropping to zero has stopped although the parameters of the sensors are obviously different - I am considering fitting an line variable resistor which means I can adjust the gauge down to 90 once the fan kicks in via the otter switch.
