Yet more help needed

In removing the body from car the seat belt securing bolts sheared . The ones I am referring too are the ones that anchor the fixed end to the outriggers. They consist of a bolt with a metal spacer/bush that screw into the fixed thread in the outrigger mount. Mine when removed were one large lump of rust and were totally unusable. I can get the bolt replaced and fudge the spacer by use of metal bushes/oversize nuts, but wondered if anyone has replaced these and found a source of the proper fixing.

Dulford Automotive (TVR Car Parts) replaced mine, they may sell the bits seperately if you intend to do the welding yourself?

I made mine up from steel plate and a suitable nut. Can't remember the thread but 5/8 UNF sounds familiar. It is welded to the outrigger so not a part you can buy and bolt on.

Have you stripped the chassis back to bare metal yet?

Same here, thread size is 7/16-UNF. The couple of specialists I called said that they make them up as needed when they replace the outriggers. Adrian Venn at Exactly TVR said he held stock of the all metal self-locking nuts that were used on the original.
