Brill, you had better start polishing it biggrin

Also, don't forget to take lots of photos when you're there and then post them on here.

no need to polish it, the nice team at Zymol detail & polish it for you biggrin, just needs to be reasonably clean to begin with.

last week I was the only S owner to have put my car forward to go on display, what happened to the rest of you wink

Hope you both have a great time. Make sure to take plenty of photos and report back here! I can't go as I'm planning on being somewhere a bit warmer than Birmingham on that weekend... wink

If this does apply then I will be withdrawing my car, going to be difficult enough getting it back and forth to the NEC let alone playing at being a mechanic on the day.

Heres the fun part for the people displaying cars:

From http://www.necgroup.co.uk/organiser/legal/pdfs/nec...

In theory all this applies:

2. The fuel tanks of motor vehicles must contain only sufficient fuel to move the vehicle out of the hall.
4. The fuel tank must be sealed with a locked cap.
5. All batteries within vehicles must be removed, disconnected on all terminals or permanently isolated and
made safe before the public is admitted to the Hall and not reconnected until after the final closure of the
exhibition.
6. All vehicles must be provided with a drip tray and shall be positioned within the boundaries of the stand so that any protrusions, doors, tail lifts etc, do not infringe the stand perimeter.
