Wiring Loom

Would anyone have a complete wiring loom for an S2 or S3. Needs to be a V6 loom, ideally with nothing cut off.

You could always make one using the Steve Heath Bible. Just remember to make ALL the wires black! Oh and don't forget the dodgy connectors that are prone to failure.

I'm not 100% sure on the V6 but on the V8 the engine loom is seperate - so you may not need as much loom as you think.

Thanks, It's actually going to go into a 3000S. I am putting my old S2 engine and gearbox in, and wanted a loom that was suitable. If you have ever seen a 3000 loom, you will know what I mean. Everything is black. At least the Ford item has colours, and is easy to mate up.

I work in the telecoms field - you can get a device called a tone & probe kit - you attach the tone unit to a wire at one end and use the probe to find it - you do not need to touch the metal part of the wire to pick up the tone - the nearer you get the louder it is - it is a brilliant little tool for tracking down wires - normally used for telephone wiring but could equally be used to bell out a wiring loom.
They are about £50 but I guess fleabay might have a cheap and nasty version.
