engine mounting brackets

Help, dropped a small clanger. Taken lots of notes/pics before stripping down but didnt include the engine mounting plates (i.e. the plates that are bolted to the engine block and rest on the rubbers). I didnt spot that they are different. Unfortunately they will fit either side! Cannot find any pics in parts catalogue or Steve Heath. Which way round should they be? Anybody care to look at theirs and get back to me so I can get them on tonight!(1988 S1 2.8 Cologne.)

Ray S has an S1, and has rebuilt his car so may be able to help, drop him a PM

Thanks guys, I appreciate the quick help. Enough info to show that the smaller bracket goes on the offside. All I needed to know but I will now wait until tomorrow night to fit it.....started on other bits now!
