Seat Belt attachment - bolt or screw

Please does anyone know if it's a bolt or screw which holds the seat belt buckle to the central chasis - had a quick look but will need to drop the exhaust system if it's a bolt and cannot see (hoping it's a screw which would be much easier!)

(Went to fasten seat belt the other day and could not get it to lock so need to replace.)

Its a bolt into a fixed (welded) nut on top of main chassis backbone (lower box section). Try and spray a bit of release oil onto the rear from below.
