Mannings said no to me as I have no garage, so you may well not get any joy there I'm afraid..
Couple from the back of sprint.. www.tvr-insure.co.uk (0800 279 1920)

Can't think of any more for now, afraid you've tried the obvious ones. Keep at it though, something will turn up..

Keep trying them m8, they will quote even tho' you don't have a garage - which was also my problem: You can't get 'classic' insurance sir, unless you garage it at night. ClassicLine still trashed all other non-classic quotes using a restricted mileage so I'm happy!
However, you were always going to be buggered 'coz of yer age.... of course, if your father bought an S and kindly put you on as a named driver, it might possibly help your problem?
I got 31 quotes when I renewed last year which ranged from £1900 (AA) down to £835, with most being around the £1200 - £1400 mark.
The best prices I got were from the following:
- NU Direct through Bid4MyBusiness (£835)
- Quoteline Direct (£923)
- Cheam 020 8770 1001 (£835)
- Jewell Insurance 01622 693003 (£936)
Don't give up hope just yet.

I did think of this, as he has a history of driving faster cars, 944, 911 and 911 Carrera 4, but as he lives in Surrey and I live in Newcastle, if I need to claim I could be in a bit of a fix when they ask what I am doing in Newcastle. Also want to keep my NCB.
Privilege insured me on mine when I was under 25.
www.privilege.com
Probably not the cheapest but part of direct line so might be worth a try.

Ok this is how my insurance stands:
Clasic Line: No cover under 25
Peart: No Cover Under 25
A1/Mannings: No Cover under 25
Esure: No cover
Privlege: No cover under 25
Sunninghill: No cover 25
Cheam: No Cover under 25
Jewel: No cover under 25
Heritage: No cover under 25
Osbourne: Not eligible for special TVR insurance as under 25
£3000 +with tracker and CAT 1 alarm.
Tesco:£1510 (Fully comp, no garage, but have to have a £400 alarm fitted, 5years NCB)
Elephant: £2015
So it looks like it's going to be Tescos.

Looks like Tescos then.. Steep, but I know people who pay more and it will be worth every penny. I've heard they are good so I wouldn't worry about them not being a specialist. Only issue I can think of would be track days and so on, would they cover you for such things? Not a problem if you are not going to do them..
Should have thought of this before; take it you've checked out all the links on PH for insurance? Might be one or two we've not suggested..

The only good bit is 5 years NCB - don't think you could get much worse otherwise....unless you were 17 and provisional licence
I wish you best of luck mate, but with that criteria, the only two companies that spring to mind are:
Norfolk & Chance, and Norfolk & Way
(sorry, couldn't resist) - still suggest aged relative nearer to you (than your father) buys one and lets you drive it.
