Another through the MOT

Took the car for it MOT on Weds and it went straight through no problems.Mind you I had done a lot of work on the brakes the week before and checked everything over. The MOT tester was very complimentary about the mechanical condition of the car but took the edge off the pass when he suggested maybe I should spend a "bit of time cleaning and polishing it seeing as its in such good nick", problem is I know he's right, I'm just not a polisher.Must be something to do with my history of Stock cars and off roading. 
and nothing to do with the fact that I'm a lazy sod.I keep telling myself that I'll do it in one go during a winter rebuild in 2009 by which time I'll have all the bits I need.
