Chassis painting made easy!!

Anyone tried the new Hammerite electrostatic spray paint system?
You earth the tube section to paint and using the new spraygun paint from one side and the electrostatic field makes the paint deposit evenly all the way round the tube, looks very impressive, very quick and with almost no overspray.
Only downside is the limited colour range Black, White, Green and Blue, what no RED!!!!
The S is now on SORN so I'll be giving it a go as part of the refurbishment, 'spose it'll have to be a Green chassis now!

I was looking at that the other day! How much is it, and have you tried it??

I've not tried it yet, the gun is £39.99 and the paint canister is £11.99 a bit pricey but I think it will be worth a punt

That's not as bad as I thought! Being electrostatic you shouldn't have too much waste either. Might get one to have a go at my wedge's chassis this winter!
