Front wishbone bush removal

I've been putting off taking the bushes out of the wishbones as after reading whats involved in the bible it looked a right pain.
I had a quick go at these tonight - and they come out really easily.
There is no outer steel tube on the bushes (it says there is in the bible), so its just a rubber bush with a central metal tube pressed into the wishbone.
I got a long 12mm bolt, put a nut on it about 30mm up the shaft, put in the bush and hammered it out really easily.
If you've been thinking of polybushing your car on the front it looks far far easier than I thought it would be.
It makes it a bit easier if you cut off the end rubber lip with a saw or knife, but just to prove the point I did one without and it still came out OK, I just had to use the persuader a bit harder.
