Anyone know if its a straight swap to put Chimaera seats into an S2?? If not a straight swap, can they be fitted and if so, what modifications need to be made?? Is it difficult??

Cheers

Mike, I've seen a post on this before - so search the archives. I'm pretty sure it has been done, and require minimal modification... I think the problem was sourcing the seats that matched the interior!

I fitted Chim seats to my S2. Only problem was recline lever interfered with the seatbelts, so I fitted driver seat to passenger side and vice versa - no problem.

Got them from a fellow pistonheader whose friend had written off a Chimaera and was selling off the bits! £200 the pair.

I could get my daughter to do that for you. She regularly covers our sofa in biscuit.

Just to rub it in, they were flint grey. Though with grey piping not red. Look really good in the Storm Grey S.

Hope you find a nice pair
