Nathan I run RC7YC on a 0.76mm gap on my S3 and use unleaded with the correct timing and she runs just fine. I also replaced the dissy cap, rotor and leads and as Tony says above make sure you have the right gap for your car... I did see a post on here recently where the plugs had just been fitted direct out of the box without adjustment

I will keep hold of the NKG's then....
I am getting a slight missfire at around 3000rpm, i've change the dis cap, rotor arm, TVR specialists says leads are fine and plugs (although it got worse with NKG's!). I'm running a injector cleaner which seems to have helped a little.
Just a but annoying
