Engine mounts-donuts.

Does anybody know what car the 'S' engine mount originates from or where they can be purchased? I've got one here that isn't round anymore so it'll need replacing. Thanks in advance.

theres various posts on this previously and it would be worth doing a search as I remember there are two thicknesses 1.5 and 2.0 inches - you need the 2.0 inch. but there was also some discussion about Quinton Hazell mounts being too soft so there was a Rally Parts supplier (cant remember name) who listed harder compound IIRC.

they are cheap enough anyway and seemed to be used on many Fords - Sierra/Grannie/Scoprio's

They were also fitted to the V6 engine Capri's and I had no difficulty getting a pair from one of the Capri specialists listed on the web.
