Quick question: Wheel centre cap removal

What's the technique for removing the wheel centre caps (in preparation for a tyre change)? I've heard they're quite difficult to come by, so thought it wise to ask!

I think yu'll find they just push inwards, I am talking re the oz type on the S1/2 though.

I have 7 spokes and the original oz type wheels and Ken is right for both - you push the middle in but you have to have the wheel off to get it out - don't be tempted to try and install it from the outside - speaking from experience you will make a mess of the wheel

You can get the centre caps from TVRCARPARTS for £7 odd each.

Ah - inwards - that would be the misunderstanding.

Fortunately they're all intake, so I'll go and have another go at them.

Just to save the innevitable follow-up question - how do you get them back in, just push in from the inside of the wheel?

Yep - to quote Haynes replacement is the reverse of removal!
