I would just get one from your favorite dealer if I were you. Same goes for most parts unless you are 100% sure you can source the identical part for significantly less. By the way, when you replace the cable check what caused the old one to fail. If its misaligned or the pedal is adjusted too high the new one will be kinked and soon fail too. Similarly if you tend to bury your right foot in the carpet you can easily overstretch the cable and it will eventually break, a throttle stop will cure this.

That's the one I bought.
Ford 2.9 Granada 1990 Manual :-
Throttle Cable - Ford Part No 6720349
In my opinion it is also worth buying an End Retaining Clip - Ford Part No 6142979
Haven't tried fitting it yet. Will this fit a 91 S3?
Yes. It's the standard manual Sierra / Granada V6 2.9 part which fits all 2.9 engined S series.
But it almost certainly won't fit an S1 2.8
I assume that it will need the cable for a Sierra or Granda V6 2.8
(Edited to add "manual", in case anyone ends up buying the expensive auto version with kick-down microswitch)
