A bit of help please...

I got the following diagram from a string a while ago:
Please can someone supply me with a key - i.e the description for each number (hose size etc.).
I've just got my new (blue) silicon hoses
and want to make sure I match everything up probably - just as a double check - the old ones are still on the car, but as KeTVRin will testify some hoses have been 'bodged' to fit in the past by the look of things.
