Or So I thought.

Was coming down the militry road following minimax on Sunday about 80 -sh when I saw a sign:

Warning Severe drop!

Slowed up wint into the dip and out then put the pwoer down. Next thing I here is HIGE grinding noise followed by lots of bits hitting the road/car and trailing away behing the car. Quickly pulled over and ran back down the road, saw lots of brown/orange chips on the road.

OMG!! I thought rippeda huge hole in the exhaust. Turns out I think I a bit of rotten wood that expolded on conatct with the exhaust manifold.

D*mn scary! Need to do somthing about this ground clearance.

How much does adjustable suspension cost along with fittment? Maybe Spax or Gaz, not Koni though?

I swear I didn't see it. Either that or my car is missing a load of GRP from somewhere.

Are you sure that it wasn't bits of chassis paint and rust. If you have a red chassis that is.

I hope it wasn't!! I was thinking of boltinf some sort of skid pad to the exhaust manifolt to protect it against the slow scapes, over speed bumps etc. maybe a 3mm steel sheet eiter zip tied or welded to and exhaust clamps.
