IIRC the book says 22psi but I run 24psi on Bridgestone ER300s as it feels better.

Bridgestone ER300s at 22psi front 24psi rear as per Steve Heath Bible (handbook states 22 all round or 24 if high speed)

Did 100 miles today.. rather pleased. Apart from not heat - nose rather red, fingers rather blue. Drove through Bracknell & the building where I used to work & pal was listening out for my. Apparently could hear me on the 329M. Excellent !
