Sorry to be an ignoramus but, can someone translate the abbreviations?? IIRC...IMHO... in fact all of them! (If I Remember Correctly??)

So whats TVR then? I keep hearing everyone using that abbreveation.

Are TVR cars "Those Very Reliable" cars?

or is it for the exhaust note
"Thunderous Vulgar Roar"?

I know the real meaning but this is more interesting!

Somebody once told be a story about the Central University of Nottinghm Trent. He said that the university had to change its name as during some sporting event they found that they had an unfortunate acronym. Don't know how true it is, but its a good story!
