torque settings

Does anybody know the torque settings for the 4No bolts on the trailing arms. Also could do with knowing the torque settings for the large bolts fastening the arms to the chassis.

Pete I just guessed at reasonably tight and pretty equal on all 4 - I used threadlock as I didn't fancy them coming undone.
