The are 3/16 not 3/8 as I said sometime back!
Edited to add I have a good quality brake pipe flarer and could make you some pipes up if you want (I have some spare pipe) if you don't mind reusing the ends off my old pipes. I've also got some of the little plastic clips that hold the pipes to the trailing arm.

Yes no probs I can do that - I needed 2 packs of brake pipe one wasn't quite enough, it comes in 25 foot rolls.
I bought all my bits including the brake pipe tool from automec http://www.automec.co.uk
Also the outlets on the master cylinder are different sizes - 12mm for the 2 fronts and 10mm for the rear circuit.
The brake valve is 12mm in and out.
Everything else is 10mm assuming you are replacing the old 'T' at the rear which is imperial.
I found the best plan was to stretch the old pipes out straight then make new ones the same length.
Obviously that makes your rear disc pipes a bit more interesting but I can measure mine and let you know, though to be honest its not that hard to figure out.
