I have tried serval times on a couple of forums to buy "The Bible". Either I can't get it ordered or it comes up an error. Amazon says out of stock. Anybody have any ideas of where to order or who to contact? Tried TVRCC, Steve's site and Amazon.
Thanks Cheers

Thanks Tim is that the ebay (usa) or is there a UK ebay. We have a ebay.ca but it links to the usa site more often than not. If so can you cut and paste the uk ebay address in that would be great. I will add it to my favorites.

HTH I have tried that over and over. It is not there. The parts manual is listed but not The Bible. Is the parts manual a good thing to have too or not?

once you've typed in bible and the results come up i assume you only see the chim and griff one.

click on this and you enter the catalog, the book you want is the one above this, its by S Heath (it shows the old version but you do get the new one) £29.99 + P&P

Stupid search engines

Hope That Helps

No the parts manual isn't really worth getting as the part numbers have changed

Thank you one and all. I followed Pies advise and emailed the club and they got back to me this morning and it is going in the mail tomorrow. Thanks again for your help, I'm sure I will have more dumb questions before long. Forsure after I get the book. S 2 is in bed for the winter, as of yesterday.

Hi Roy how do I go about posting the pictures. I'm new to this list (Piston Heads) and I'm not sure how you go about it on here.
I'm like a proud new father. I have all kinds of pictures. I even have pictures of the car at the dealers about a year before I bought it. Oh yeah I've got pictures. Go here and you can see some of the Canadian cars and a couple of Brits and a few Yankee cars in our group over hear. Mostly Canadian. You can see my Blue S2 and my old Orange 5000M.

let me know how to post and I will post everything I've got. Winter stinks.

Great Pics Dave! Why is it an 'unoffical' TVR owners group????

Posting Pics is fairly simple. Somebody has written a guide as to how to do it no too long back, I`ve only ever done it once myself though so I'll leave it to an expert to describe how to do it.

Roy.

Thanks Roy i will try to find how to post the pics and I will brag, I mean show them.
We became the Unofficial TVR group because me started out as 4 Canadians, 1 Brit (3000M) and 1 Yank (2500M V8). When the guy that started our web site call us that, so we (1) didn't look to official because we have as many laughs as fix problems for each other and 2 We were afraid of stepping on your club TVRCC & TVRCCNA so we just remain Unofficial. We are way more on the lighter side of TVR ownership. We laugh at each others mistakes we all live so far apart that we will likely never meet face to face, yet most of us are Canadian. The 65 Griffith & 3000M owned by Tom are as far away from me as you likely are. Now saying that we plan on meeting this coming October at the USA TVRCCNA Woodwork. We hope to have 6 to 10 cars. We will see.

I see! We have that kind of atmosphere over here too, even though we're part of a huge 'club', at local level we just basically drive about and have a laugh together and give each other a hand when things go wrong, thats what a club is all about anyway isn't it??

Roy.
