Polybushes - What are the benefits
Discussion
I'm not sure if there's anything else available - there are different levels of hardness I think.
(I ordered mine from TVRcarparts and they sent me one that was the right size but a different softer compound - the others were purple the softer one was black but still poly compound not rubber).
Polybushes are supposed to sharpen up the handling and last longer but I have yet to find out
I looked around for you at Chatsworth Norman - I finally saw you just as you were driving away!

They have definately stiffened up the front for me and make the feel more responsive in bumps/on cornering. My rubber ones were well and truly koofered though so that may exagerate the differences.
However they don't cost much more, have a better reputation and are easily available therefore if doing the job anyway why not go for the recognised improvement.
Do not forget to get the assembly paste when you buy them though - job easy with and impossible without

Well the title says it all realy. I will be overhauling the front suspension soon and was wondering if it was worthwhile switching to poly bushes, so advice please
Seemed to make everything feel more positive, not sure if that was a direct result of the bushes or the old ones were worn probably a bit of both
