At the top of the forum is a Useful Links wiki. In that you'll find a General Information section and there is an alternative parts list. Browse that and it would tell you that they are from an Escort Mk4.
The square-type side indicators were used on a few late 80's Fords. If you slightly enlarge the hole in the wing, you can swap them for the later flatter oval-type.
