I am not getting power to the mirror heater elements. Advice on how they are connected would be appreciated. Is there a secret switch to do this?

Have I discovered my first black hole in the TVR collectives knowledge base? smile I think that until now someone always had some info!

I know mine hasn't got them, guess its a later model or extra spec on your S.
Must run through a relay though so apart from the high quality tvr wiring connections I'd check the fuse and relay.

Mine definetly has the wires, as they poke out the edge of the mirror glass. Always assumed it wasn't connected to anything at the other end either.

I believe pressing down on the mirror control joystick activates the heating, although no idea where I read that.

Referring to the Citroen type mirrors, I believe it is recommended not to use the heater elements as the heat makes the glue on the back of the mirror let go eventually.

OK, mystery solved, at least for my car smile When I switch the heater fan to full blast, the mirror heaters are switched on as well. Hope this helps someone else eventually.
