suggestions ?

Hi All, I have a s3 (correction my mother inlaw,s garage has for the last 3 years) and have finally persuaded the better half to out lay the funds for outrigger replacement-trailing arms and other minor bits. I (we) would be gratful if anyone could recommend any independent specialists that do this type of work, I have heard that outrigger replacements can be done with 3 inch lift and not full body off any comments. From you profile you appear to be in the North West.

There are 3 TVR specialists in the Blackpool area
Green Star
X Works
Automedion

And then over near Clithero - TrackVroad

Then down Middlewich - TorgueRVT

I've no idea if any of them do outrigger work.

I think Track V Road are now doing Chim & Griff outrigger repairs for £1500 all in.
They have pre built outriggers for these - it maybe worth asking them if they want an S to build a jig to make them

Hi there R.T. RACING in sheffield would be able to sort you out not quite northwest but not to far, they specialise in all model TVR"s and have done many outrigger repair/ replace jobs especially on the S series. Better still do a full body off yourself, ask for advice using this forum, post pics etc of your progress on this forum, and you will get there eventually and save yourself a small fortune, anyway good luck in what ever way you go, Tom.

SSCC at Boroughbridge N.Yorkshire are taking on chassis work and know the S quite well.

Thanks for all your comments I will be contacting all sugestions next week and take it from there approx £1500 have been quoted from Offord in Huntingdon anyone had any work done there ?
