BBC iPlayer reveals a TVR S, reg H529 XU?.

It is possibly a V8S but the front track looks too narrow, in which case it is sporting a late S4 bonnet with side vents.

Looks nice for around 1.3 seconds on video...!

The missing letter is M. That car was on ebay in March/April - the auction was just before then. IIRC it was high mileage of around 150k but had had a lot of work done recently.

I'm glad Clarkson didnt buy the Tiv... I cant see that would have been a good experience for either I dont want to have to be collaborating with the Morris Marina Club (apologies to any of their members reading this )
