What Geometry Settings?

I need to get the toe in and camber angles set on my S.
i have a digital camber gauge and hopefully access to a set of toe gauges at work.
I have read lots about professional set ups that transform the S but no numbers.
Anyone have information on the actual angles used if difference from the standard set up?

Thanks, I had seen that but wondered if the the pro's are setting up the cars differently.
Absolutley shock makes reference to "decent geometry", why would you take your car to the pro's when you could get a normal garage to setup to the book geometry for a lot less money?

It depends what you are doing with the car but for road use, 1 degree of neg camber and a tad of toe in (like 1mm/8mins overall) works foe me on most Tivs
