After much soul searching I've reluctantly decided to sell the S which I've had for 13 years; the advert has just been submitted. It has been a good friend but I can't keep it as the garage space will shortly be required for something else - the itch has had to be scratched! I'll continue to watch the S forum and post if I can help/see what is going on and if S Club is in the NW (is it??) I'll come down and see everyone. In the meantime thanks for all the help from everyone - it is a super forum with some extremely knowledgeable and helpful people.

Even sadder now as the car is now sold - not collecting until next weekend though - it will be strange for it not to be in the garage!

The new owner is from Coventry - I've told him how useful/helpful everyone on here is so hopefully he'll make himself known. He is collecting it next Saturday which I can see will be very stressful - seeing it go ... frown

Hi Jim.
Took your advise and just joined the forum. Looking forward to picking up the motor on Saturday. I am sure it will be a sad day for you, but I will do my best to look after her.
Cheers.

Jim, don't forget that there is the big TVR event next year up here in Blackpool next September (first weekend I think it is - Illumination switch on weekend). I'm sure there will be a few of us there.

Sorry Norman.
Jim did say but I forgot. Been busy what with work and sorting out insurance (Jim helped out with that and it was £100 cheaper with Hagerty Insurance rather than Adrian Flux), sorting the funds for the car etc, Just about there now and looking forward to the drive back on Saturday, although not so looking forward to the train up there.
Cheers,
Stewart.

I certainly will be around - you can't get rid of me that easily!! I do know about the Blackpool do next year and will no doubt be roped in to do something with the Lancs TVRCC team so I'll be there; so will say hello and also see Tinks and Russ at Chatsworth (I assume that is on again next year?) and again at Tatton Show.
