change windscreen

Hi

Iam thinking om changeing my windscreen, delamination is not to nice.

I live in Sweden and tha company that will do this can find a screen and put it in, but i have heard that it is realy heard to change windscreen. This company has never had with a TVR to do, so i is this something that they can manage? is it hard?

I understand that it is a tricky job as there is a real danger of damaging the interior trim. Someone will no doubt be on here soon with more detail.
In the mean time, have you considered masking out the delaminated area with sticky black plastic. Sounds a bit tacky (excuse the punn) but it worked realy well on my car, now I hardly notice it. I did both the driver and passenger side the same, the plastic matches the width of the dark band around the screen and is then radiused across the corner to cover the delamination. I made a paper template first to make sure I got it right. Will change the screen eventually but its not a priority at the moment.
