Hi All.
I have 2 wires going up the passenger side of the hood, should there be a light in the hood??

In the middle of the hoop there should be a light - unless it has been covered over with canvas?
I'd also expect 3 wires - Live, Earth & door contacts.

Hi Alan, yes indeed, there should be a light, situated in the rear hoop frame in the central position. Mine has a 3 way switch on it, on, off and on with door switches. I`ve heard that it may be a ford or landrover item, someone else may be able to confirm this.

Yes there are 3 wires, just hit the wrong key, looks like it has been covered up with vinyl to match the hood, I will look on ebay.
